Mosaic and your HRIS
Keep your system of record. Add a system for supported progress.
An HRIS is essential for employee records, payroll, benefits and administrative workflows. Mosaic does not replace those systems. It fills the operating gap between storing employee information and helping managers create the conditions for people to succeed.
The operating gap Mosaic addresses
- Systems of record store employee data but do not run the manager conversation.
- Onboarding modules often track completion without confirming clarity or support.
- Growing companies need focused capability without a broad enterprise implementation.

Questions
Does Mosaic process payroll or benefits?
No. Mosaic does not process payroll or administer benefits. Those functions remain in your HRIS and related systems.
Does Mosaic require an HRIS integration for a pilot?
Not necessarily. The current onboarding workflow supports controlled employee import, allowing a pilot to begin without a large integration project.
Could Mosaic integrate with an HRIS later?
Yes, integrations may be evaluated based on validated customer needs. They should not be presented as available until implemented and tested.
